The group has been running for over 20 years offering support in the form of group activities and outings, mainly for carers and former carers but the group also welcomes those who are elderly or who may be feeling isolated.

A long term student at Jamyang since 1999, Jane has facilitated online courses and sessions for a number of years, including facilitating weekly mindfulness sessions, organising carers’ events as part of Repaying the Kindness project since 2011,  cultural activities and multi-faith events as part of CCC.
