  • Bereavement Cafe

    Are you recently bereaved? Would you like to chat or simply listen openly in a group with no set agenda alongside others who have had similar experiences?

  • Climate Cafe

    The Climate Cafe is a group-directed discussion of climate change with no agenda; an informal and confidential conversation, supported by facilitators.

  • Death Cafe

    A Death Cafe is a group-directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes.

  • Dying Well

    Dying Well sessions are an opportunity for a deeper exploration of topics related to Death and Dying, covering a wide range of practical, spiritual and psychological aspects.

  • Jamyang Walks

    Group walks in the countryside.

  • Listening Hour

    A monthly 2-hour connection and empathy space currently hosted by people who have experience in NVC, for anyone interested in Non-Violent Communication (NVC).

  • Mending Circle

    Mending Circle is a gentle un-facilitated space to mend textiles. It is to promote a low impact living, shared love and care for ourselves as well as what we have, or just simply to savour the joy of communal hand-sewing activities while sharing a pot of tea.

  • Mindfulness Meditation

    Secular style meditation sessions, open to all.

  • Repaying The Kindness

    The group has been running for over 20 years offering support in the form of group activities and outings, mainly for carers and former carers but the group also welcomes those who are elderly or who may be feeling isolated.
