On the counter at Kindness Café you'll find a simple glass jar filled with marbles.

Each marble represents a hot drink that has already been paid for by someone who wanted to do something kind for a stranger.

And if you'd like to pay it forward, you can add a marble of your own to the jar and pass the kindness on.

It's a small thing, but it makes a big difference.
