Dying Well sessions are an opportunity for a deeper exploration of topics related to Death and Dying, covering a wide range of practical, spiritual and psychological aspects.
Topics, sometimes facilitated by a guest speaker, are for example: what a good death might be and what preparations may help achieve this; what support and services may be of assistance; how to cope with someone’s death and your feelings of loss and grief; and importantly how an acceptance of death helps us to live life more fully.
