Dying Well

  • Jamyang Buddhist Centre 43 Renfrew Road London, England, SE11 4NA United Kingdom (map)

Dying Well sessions are an opportunity for a deeper exploration of topics related to Death and Dying, covering a wide range of practical, spiritual and psychological aspects.

The topic for this session is “Journeying with the soul: an experience of being with the dying and a personal experience of cancer”.

We once again warmly welcome Dilip Varma to come and talk at our Dying Well session.  Dilip has had a life-long interest in mortality and death.  After retiring from a long career in accountancy and finance, he trained and qualified as a Soul Midwife (end of life companion), and is also involved in a an organisation called Companion Voices whose members sing in groups at the bedside of people who are at end of life.

Everyone is welcome. We invite you to join us in our safe and respectful space as we explore together this difficult to talk about but very important subject.

This is a drop in session. However, as space is limited you can also reserve a place via Jamyang’s website.
